Description
Description
A 100% undyed Himalayan cashmere hoodie, hand-combed from Chyangra (Changthangi) goats and knitted by artisans in Nepal — NPIA-certified for authenticity. Left in its natural colour, with no added dyes or bleaches. Elevated everyday comfort, warm without the bulk.
Pick it up. Feel how substantial it is.
Now look at the color. That particular shade of heathered grey. Or oatmeal. Or toast.
That color didn't come from a dye bath.
It came from the goat.
Two Things Nobody Does Together.
Most cashmere brands that make a zip hoodie dye it. And most undyed cashmere brands don't make zip hoodies.
The Kora brings both together.
High in Nepal's Mustang region, Chyangra goats grow fiber in naturally blended shades — the grey of winter sky, the warm brown of highland earth, the creamy oat of mountain grass. That's where the melange colors come from. Nature mixing its own palette, one animal at a time.
That fiber is combed once a year. It travels to Kathmandu, where master artisans never touch it with a dye or a bleach. They knit it at 12 gauge — tighter than standard — into a substantial 375-gram zip hoodie. Every stitch by hand. The zip set in place, by hand.
The result is a color no factory could reproduce. And a weight that tells you, before you even put it on, that this was made to last.
Is This Made for You?
This hoodie is for you if:
→ You want the versatility of a zip and the purity of undyed fiber — and you shouldn't have to choose between them
→ You want a cashmere hoodie with real weight — something that feels like it cost what it costs
→ You care about what touches your body and what touches the planet
→ You want a color that means something real — grown by nature, not decided by a design team
What Does Wearing This Feel Like?
Hold it first. Feel the 375 grams settle in your hands. This is not a thin, light cashmere. This has presence.
Pull it on. Feel the weight distribute across your shoulders. Solid. Warm. Real.
Now notice what you are not feeling. No dye finish. No bleach. Just the fiber's own lanolin — natural and intact — sitting quietly between your skin and the world.
Pull on the zip. Smooth and clean, all the way from hem to collar.
Zip it fully for maximum warmth. Half-zip when you heat up. Open it and layer over something else.
Three different garments. 375 grams of cashmere. Zero dyes.

A Color Nobody Designed.
Designers spend months choosing colors. Factories spend thousands reproducing them. Dye houses run chemical processes to hit the right shade.
None of that happened here.
The color of your Kora hoodie was grown. By a goat. On a mountain in Nepal. In a place where winters are so brutal that the fiber it grows to survive becomes, entirely by accident, the softest thing you've ever worn.
This isn't a color that was decided.
It was made — over one year, by one animal, on one mountain. Keep it for decades. It only gets better.

I like how breathable the material is. It doesn’t feel heavy at all. Perfect for layering in different seasons.
The Kora Zip Hoodie in Oatmeal Melange is the piece my wardrobe was missing. The heavyweight undyed cashmere has a naturalness and softness that processed cashmere can't match — you can genuinely feel the difference. The 16 micron fibre is extraordinarily fine and the 12-gauge knit construction is beautifully executed. Outstanding.
Overall, this feels like a meaningful purchase. The softness, warmth, and design all come together beautifully. I’ll definitely come back for more.
Gifted this for a birthday and immediately got asked where it's from.
The Light Grey Melange Kora Zip Hoodie is a really impressive piece. The undyed Himalayan cashmere is extraordinarily soft and the 375g weight gives it a presence other hoodies lack. My one note is the grey reads slightly warmer in natural daylight than in the listing photos. Still beautiful — a minor colour variance.
