  • Handcrafted Nature: Our products are crafted by hand using traditional artisan methods in Nepal. Because of this, slight variations in weave, texture, and natural fiber color are inherent characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

  • Authenticity & NPIA Membership: Lumusae is a proud member of the Nepal Pashmina Industries Association (NPIA).

  • In-House Verification: Each purchase includes a Unique Verification Code. "Verification" on our site refers to an internal audit and traceability program conducted by Lumusae. By using this code on our Site, you can access the heritage data of your specific item. This verification is based on our internal production records and NPIA-standard quality controls, rather than an individual third-party certificate for each unit.

  • Returns: Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our [Refund Policy]. The Unique Verification Tag must remain attached for a return to be valid.
