Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Thank you for your order! Here's what to expect:
- Production Time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping Method: FedEx / DHL / SF Express / UPS
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after production
- Total Time from Order to Delivery: 10-14 business days
Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
- Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for your tracking number to become active in the FedEx system
Shipping Details All orders are shipped with tracking. We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories.
International Customs & Tariff Fees For shipments to the United States, customs or tariff fees may be assessed by the delivery service upon arrival. If you are requested to pay these fees:
- Please pay the customs or tariff fees charged by the delivery service
- Provide us with a receipt of payment
- We will refund you the full amount paid for customs/tariff fees
Important: If you do not respond to or ignore delivery service notifications regarding customs/tariff payment, and your package is subsequently disposed of or returned to us, we will not be held responsible. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Please ensure you respond promptly to any delivery service communications.
Shipping Delays Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Delivery service disruptions
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
- Customs processing for international shipments
While rare, these delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Status You can check your order status by:
- Logging into your account
- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears to be lost or damaged:
- Check the tracking information to confirm delivery status
- Contact FedEx with your tracking number to file a claim
- Notify our customer service team immediately
Return Shipping Responsibility If the issue is not due to our error, you may be required to ship the product back to its original shipping location at your own expense. We will provide you with the return address upon confirmation.
