Description
Description
A 100% Himalayan cashmere hoodie, hand-combed from Chyangra (Changthangi) goats and knitted by artisans in Nepal — NPIA-certified for authenticity. Elevated everyday comfort, warm without the bulk.
There is a moment — the first time you put this on — when you stop what you are doing and just... exhale.
That is what 16-micron cashmere feels like. Nothing else comes close.
From the Mustang Mountains to Your Morning.
The Mustang region of Nepal sits above 14,000 feet. It is one of the coldest, most remote places on earth.
Up there, a rare goat called the Chyangra grows the world's finest undercoat. It has to — to survive brutal Himalayan winters. That fiber is gently combed by hand. Once a year. Just once.
Then it travels down to Kathmandu, where master artisans hand-knit it into this hoodie. They twist two strands of yarn together — the 2-ply construction — to make it stronger without making it heavier.
The result is a piece that took months to reach you. And will stay with you for decades.
Is This Made for You?
This hoodie is for you if:
→ You are done wearing synthetics that pill after washing, trap heat, or feel stiff
→ You want one great piece that works on a long flight, at a café, or by the fire at home
→ You believe in buying less, but buying better — and keeping it
→ You want to feel completely wrapped in something real
What Does Wearing This Feel Like?
Pull it over your head. Feel it settle on your shoulders.
It is substantial. Solid. Like quality should feel.
Run your hands down the ribbed hem. The texture is even and consistent all the way through.
Now move your arms. The hoodie moves with you. No pulling. No bunching. The 2-ply knit drapes cleanly.
Cashmere is naturally warm. It works on a plane, at your desk, or on a cold walk.

A Different Kind of Hoodie.
Most hoodies are made in factories. From cotton. Or polyester. Or a blend of both.
This one is made from fiber that a small goat grew — at altitude — through a brutal Himalayan winter. One fiber at a time.
Then human hands, in a small workshop in Kathmandu, turned that fiber into what you see here. Every stitch. Every row. By hand.
This is not a garment you buy and replace next year.
This is one you keep.

Cashmere is a fine animal hair, not a hard-wearing wool. It responds to cool water and gentle handling, and almost all damage comes from heat and agitation rather than from wearing it. Treated properly, a piece lasts years rather than seasons.

How do I wash cashmere?
By hand is best. Fill a basin with cool water — no warmer than about 30°C / 86°F — and add a capful of a mild wool or cashmere detergent. Submerge the piece and press it gently under the water for two or three minutes. Do not rub, wring or twist. Rinse in cool water of the same temperature until the water runs clear.
By machine, only if the cycle is genuinely gentle. A wool or delicate cycle works if it stays cool and spins slowly. Turn the piece inside out, put it in a mesh laundry bag, and use a low or no spin setting.
The one thing to avoid is thermal shock. Hot water, a sudden change in temperature, or vigorous agitation causes the fibres to lock together permanently. That is felting, and it cannot be reversed. For the same reason, skip bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer.
How do I dry cashmere?
Press the water out between two towels rather than wringing. Reshape the piece while it is damp, then lay it flat on a dry towel away from radiators, direct heat and strong sunlight. Never hang a wet knit — the weight of the water pulls the shoulders and body out of shape as it dries.
Why is my cashmere pilling, and how do I fix it?
Pilling is friction, not a fault or a sign of poor quality. It appears wherever the garment rubs against something — under the arms, along a seatbelt, where a bag strap sits. It is most noticeable in the first few wears and settles down after that.
Lay the piece flat and remove pills with a cashmere comb, working lightly in one direction and letting the comb do the work. Do not pull them off by hand, which drags the surrounding fibres.
Avoid battery fabric shavers. They cut into the surface and thin the knit over time. A comb lifts the pills off; a shaver removes fibre you cannot put back.
How should I store cashmere?
Never hang it — hanging stretches the shoulders over time. Whether you fold or roll depends on how the piece is made.
- Knitwear — fold. Sweaters, cardigans, hoodies, joggers and polos. Fold along the existing seams and stack loosely.
- Woven pieces — roll. Shawls, wraps, ponchos and capes. A fold leaves a permanent crease along the fold line, so roll them loosely instead, with acid-free tissue if you have it.
- Beanies, headbands, socks and gloves — store flat. They keep their shape far better flat than stuffed into a pocket or a drawer corner.
Always store it clean. Moths are drawn to skin oils, perspiration and food traces rather than to the fibre itself, so a piece put away unwashed is far more vulnerable than a clean one. Use a breathable cotton bag with cedar or lavender, and avoid airtight plastic, which traps moisture.
Do I need to wash it after every wear?
No, and you shouldn't. Cashmere benefits from resting between wears — give it a day to recover its shape. Airing it usually does more than washing, and a small mark is better spot-cleaned than put through a full wash.
Is dry cleaning safe?
Yes, and it is a good option for structured pieces or stubborn marks. Choose a cleaner who handles cashmere regularly. Most pieces do not need it often; hand washing at home is gentler and perfectly adequate for routine care.
Care for shawls and wraps
Handwoven shawls are finer than knitwear and prefer hand washing. Do not iron directly on the fabric — if a piece needs pressing, use a cool iron under a cloth, or hang it in a steamy bathroom and let the creases drop out. Fringes can be combed straight with your fingers while damp.

Lovely quality pullover hoodie. The cashmere is everything the description promises - fine, warm, and soft with no scratchiness at all. My one observation is the hood sits quite large on me. I have a smaller head and when the hood is up it feels oversized. Purely aesthetic and easily managed by wearing it down, which is how I wear it most anyway.
The pullover silhouette is deceptively versatile. I wore this to a casual brunch, an afternoon walk, and then straight to a movie night without changing. The cashmere quality made it feel appropriate everywhere. The Amber color is a warm gold tone that works with virtually any outfit. I cannot recommend this hoodie highly enough.
Five stars without any hesitation. The fiber quality is genuinely exceptional - there is a silkiness to this cashmere that sets it apart from everything else in my wardrobe. The pullover is cozy, warm, and refined-looking all at once. Black is a classic choice and it looks sleek and put-together whether I am at home or out. A perfect garment.
My daughter saw this in my closet and immediately asked where it was from. She ordered the Wine Red the same day. The cashmere is genuinely exceptional and the construction is meticulous - the stitching is precise and even throughout. Four months in and it has not pilled or stretched. This is what quality looks like. Absolutely worth the investment.
This hoodie has replaced everything else in my morning routine. The 2-ply cashmere is warm without being heavy and the fit is relaxed enough for lounging but refined enough to wear out. The Kelly Green is a bold, distinctive color that I get endless compliments on. After four months of regular wear it is noticeably softer. A genuine forever piece.
