High in the Himalayas, small Changra goats grow one of the rarest fibers on Earth — just about 150g per year, each strand no thicker than a human hair. Our artisans in Nepal hand-comb that fiber with care, then knit it by hand into a base so fine it almost disappears in your hands.

Then something special happens. The knitted piece goes through a gentle felting process — where heat and soft pressure bond the fibers together into a dense, matte, cloud-like finish. No machine does this perfectly. Only skilled hands do.
