Shipping Information
- Processing Time: each piece is made to order — 5–7 business days.
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch, tracked and insured.
- Total: approximately 10–14 business days from order to delivery.
- Shipping Cost: free standard shipping worldwide on orders of $140 or more. Below $140, shipping is a flat $12. All orders ship delivered-duty-paid — we cover import duties and customs, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, untagged and in their original condition.
- We cover the return in full, no fee, anywhere in the world for a genuine quality issue, a wrong item, or a colour that substantially differs from our product pages — refunded to your original payment method.
- Sizing or colour variation — worldwide: issued as full-value store credit, no fee, no cash-refund option. US customers get a free prepaid return label; international customers arrange and pay their own return shipping.
- UK & EU customers: you also have a separate legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, with a full cash refund including standard delivery cost — see our Return & Refund Policy for details, as this works differently from the store-credit policy above.
- Exchanges: US exchanges are always free. International — quality/wrong-item exchanges are free both ways; sizing/change-of-mind exchanges are free to ship back to you, you cover the return leg.
- Refunds/credit are issued within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
