Shipping time was very reasonable from the shop overseas, and arrived quickly. However, there was a small amount of damage in shipping. No fault of the shop. They're working on the shipping issues, and they've even worked with me so that I can repair the damage and not have to pay shipping costs to return it. I'm beyond happy with the item and with the shop owners!

This is a beautiful handcrafted pashmina. It is very light weight and delicate. It arrived beautifully packaged in a gift box and included literature on where the materials come from in Nepal and instructions for care and storage.

I contacted the seller when ordering the pashmina to explain that I needed the order for a wedding, the seller was extremely helpful and said the pashmina would be sent out the next day by special delivery, I received it within just a few days.
The pashmina arrived in authentic packaging and I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the material, the colour was exactly as expected and I recommend both the pashmina and the customer service, I cannot fault either.
